Alexander John! My uncle’s brother Mike and his wife Belle have just had their first child, a healthy baby boy. He weighed around 3kg, and amazingly was not only born on the same day as my cousin Mark (11th June), but also has his middle name (Alexander). I’m very happy for them both. =)

In just as important, but much sadder news, Gentil’s Uncle Egas passed away last night. I cannot express how strongly I feel for him and his family. So soon after losing a family member myself, I understand what they are going through, and my heart is with Gentil, his parents, and his relatives in Portugal also.
